We strive to keep all of our Wonderful Marili Jean customers happy, if you for any reason have a problem please contact us immediately. We try our best to accommodate all orders and our number one goal is to make sure we provide the best customer service.
We are happy to help if you have questions through email at Marili_jena@yahoo.com. We size almost all of our items to fit true to size. If an item is running smaller or larger we will list this in our product description.
Are your items itchy?
NO they are not itchy. Although, every child and baby is different we use soft lace and lining for your peanut not to be uncomfortable, but please remember some children are more sensitive than others. 99% off moms approve of the fabric being soft and comfortable. Please read the reviews.
We accept Pay pal and All major credit cards through direct checkout
All payments paid by e-Check through Paypal must clear in order for your order to process. E-Checks may take up to 5 days or more to clear from your bank.
You can cancel an order within 2hrs of payment, once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
All of orders take 48hrs to process and ship out within 3-5 business days.
We ship ALL of our items USPS First Class with average of 3-5 day delivery. This is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for longer transit due to USPS error. Transit time vary city to city. Natural disasters, holidays and high volume ship times during the year do cause unexpected delays. We have no control over transit once it leaves our offices.
You will receive a tracking number in a separate email once your order has shipped on every single order.
We offer priority shipping and express shipping via USPS
Disclaimer: USPS is a third party, we have no control over there shipping transit. Priority shipping is not guaranteed by USPS but usually is received in 2-3 days, depending on location.
We ship Monday - Friday. No holidays or weekends.
Are you Marili Jean responsible for lost or damaged items?
Each one of your items will come wrapped in cute packaging and with all precautions for nothing to happen during transit. WE however are NOT responsible for LOST packages.
You are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to reship your items to the correct address.
We will not refund an orders sent to the incorrect address. You are responsible for shipping charges incurred to have this order sent back to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days after you receive your order. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. At this time we do not provide return labels. Once the item is received and is in new condition with tags we will refund you the price of the item in full. We do not pay for return shipping. As a small family run business, we cannot afford to supply return labels, as some large box stores do.
If you have received a item that is faulty (broken snap, pearl, etc) you only have 24hrs to report it for a replacement. We will not replace the item after this time period due to the nature of the items.
Every exchange must be approved thru email. We will send you instructions on how to exchange. All items must be sent in original condition and accompanied by an order #, email address, and instruction on whether you are returning for another product or refund. ALL shipping charges will be paid by consumer. We do not refund shipping.
You must pay to send it back and have it reshipped to you. Please message us for further details.
PLEASE make sure you know what color and size you are ordering. We are happy to answer questions about color and sizing before you order.
Custom made items are not eligible for return.
Cannot be re credited/refunded . You must use your codes at time of purchase.
Coupons must be rendered at checkout .
We will not honor any discounts once order has been placed and completed. Thank you!
Additional Policies and FAQs
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If there is an out of stock item because our stock changes hourly we will contact you Immediately, if you placed your order on a weekend we will contact you the following business day.
Not all items that are listed as the same color will be the same exact shade in a different fabric. Dye lots often change and we cannot guarantee if a headband is listed as light pink that the dress will be the exact same light pink. Please understand that even though we try our BEST to make sure we send according and matching colors they are not always the exact same shades.
We answer all emails within 24hrs (not including weekends or holidays) but usually sooner. DO NOT Send us a email if it URGENT.
**WARNING** PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NEVER EVER TO LEAVE A CHILD UNATTENDED AND/OR SLEEPING WHILE THEY ARE WEARING HEADBANDS, BELTS, SASHES, JEWELRY AND/OR ANYTHING WITH SMALL PARTS THAT MAY CAUSE A CHOKING HAZARD. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY**
